PVC profile production line is mainly used for PVC doors and Windows profiles, wide door plate, window sill plate perforated thread tube (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.) extrusion. The production line can choose different specifications of conical twin-screw extruder according to different profiles and moulds, and equipped with the corresponding vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting machine, turning over platform and other auxiliary equipment.

PVC window profile machine
The pvc window profile extrusion machine is mainly used for producing UPVC window profiles with different sizes and shapes, but it can also be used to produce various kinds of PVC profiles such like pvc cable trunking, door frame, UPVC window sill, PVC rain gutter, WPC decking, WPC profile and other shaped profiles.
This production line is composed of loading device, conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-off and cutter, stacker, etc.

PVC edge banding making machine
PVC edge banding extrusion machine is used to produce PVC edge band which is popular used for the cross section of furniture plate for protection and decoration. We can make the band width range 19-54mm and thickness range 0.4-2mm. By using and switching different printing rollers, the surface of PVC edge band can get different designs.
We can use single screw extruder or double screw extruder to produce PVC edge band according to customer requirement.
WPC decking profile making machine
This production line is used to produce WPC (Wood-plastic composites) profile, the finished products obtained nice appearance of solid wood, as well as the same touching. Raw material for production is plastic (PVC/ PP/ PE), wood powder and other additive. Compared with solid wood, WPC profile has many advantages such like anti-rot, anti-crack, anti-UV, waterproof, it is more durable for wider application range.
Outdoor application: park flooring, swimming pool decking, wpc bench/chair, wpc fence/railing, upright post/pillar, wpc pavilion, flower boxes, wpc roof profiles, etc.

PVC Ceiling Wall Panel Making Machine
It is mainly used for making PVC ceiling panel and wall decoration panel with the width range from 100-1000mm, panel thickness is customized.
It can make different patterns on the panel surface by working with online hot stamping and lamination machine.
And it can also produce other PVC profiles such like pvc ceiling panel corner profile, conduit profile and window profile etc by changing the different moulds.

High speed PVC raw material mixer
PVC mixer machine is used for mixing PVC powder, CACO3 and other addictives before product extrusion. This equipment is widely used in PVC pipe and profile production.
The PVC mixer machine is composed of high speed mixer (hot mixer), cold mixer and control cabinet.We use 8mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction. The mixing blades are passed the static and dynamic balance testing.
