Φ16mm-Φ800mm series plastic PVC pipe making machine extrusion production line is mainly used in the manufacture of plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness.
This line is composed of conical twin screw extruder, Vacuum calibration tank, haul-off(take-off) machine ,motors, cutter and stacker etc.
The extruder and haul off methods are two-claw,three-claw four-claw,six-claw,eight-claw,ten-claw,twelve claw etc. You may choose saw blade cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is aditionaly attached with length counter and intensifying device. This line with reliable performance and high production eficiency.
Our company can also manufacture special pipe production lines,e.g. spiral silencing pipe and core foaming pipe according to your requirements.

PVC pipe threading machine is used for making inner and outer thread for the end of PVC pipe for connection.

PVC mixer machine is used for mixing PVC powder, CACO3 and other addictives before product extrusion. This equipment is widely used in PVC pipe and profile production.
The PVC mixer machine is composed of high speed mixer (hot mixer), cold mixer and control cabinet.We use 8mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction. The mixing blades are passed the static and dynamic balance testing. And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material from leakage.

This laser marking machine is used to print brand, company name, date, Logo and serial code etc. information on plastic pipes/profiles/boards/sheets/panels during the production process.
It is designed to automatically weigh and batch the pvc additive such like CPE, stabilier, ACR and other additives,which is controlled by SIEMENS PLC system, all raw materials will be dosed feeding according to preset formula.
