Machine Introduction

Plastic PET bottle recycling machine washing line is used to recycle waste pet plastic bottles.

The main process of the whole production line is sorting, crushing, washing and drying. 

This machine adopts the automated water circulation system, continuous feeding and washing.This system uses the structure specially designed to cause friction of PET bottles inside the machine,and uses the high-temperature chemical water to remove the labels, dirt, sands, glues, rubbers, metal and other impurities on the bottles surfaces.Through detection system, it is able to conduct automatic control over temperature and chemical supplement, to achieve comprehensive automatic control of production process, and guarantee bottle washing quality.

Supporting chemical water filtration system, using coarse filter, fine filter, sedimentation,separate impurities of chemical water and reuse, thus to prolong the service life of the chemical water.

Customers will get clean and dry PET bottles flakes with size around 12-20mm depend on customer's choice.

These PET flakes can be used to make PET packing straps or polyester fiber directly. Also PET flakes can be used to make PET granules for making PET bottles, PET sheet or PET injection material again.

Machine output capacity : 300-400kg/h, 500-600kg/h, 800-1000kg/h, 1000-1500kg/h, 1500-2000kg/h, 2000-2500kg/h, 2500-3000kg/h, 4000-5000kg/h.

Heavy duty wet crusher machine

To crush waste bottles into small sizes (12-18mm customized).
With water to pre-wash and clean material and cool blades during crushing.

Screw type friction loader

This machine is used to load the crushed plastic scraps and friction with water spraying to wash away the dirty

Hot washer tank (Hot Steam heating or electrical bar heating)

Use hot water mixing with caustic soda or other detergent to remove oil, glue and other impurities.

With special design to discharge impurities which float on the water (such as label, bottle caps, etc). This design will improve washing effect.

 

High speed Horizontal Friction washer

To remove remaining caustic soda and other impurities by water and high speed friction. The friction plates inside tank are madeof special wear-resistant steel for durability.

Floating washing tank

Make remaining label, caps and other impurity float and separate from PET flakes. With washing function for PET flakes.

Horizontal dewatering machine

Dewatering process


The water droplets on the material can be separated from the material by high-speed rotation to complete the preliminary material drying.

Pipe line dryer

Hot air can be generated by the motor and heating system to re-dry the material initially dried by the desiccator and blow it to the silo for collection.

Label remover

It can be screened with dry materials, and impurities such as dust labels in the materials can be carefully cleaned to obtain clean and identical materials.

Color sorting machine

To sort out the bad color bottle flakes and get the good color PET flakes to improve the final flakes quality.

Special washing agent

By adding this special washing agent with NaOH to hot washer, the final PET flakes will be more cleaner and brighter.
