The shredders have the characteristics of strong crushing ability and reverse rotation with the structure of close-lined rotary knives in double direction.With Siemens PLC control system (optional).

Double shaft shredder machine

Features:

1. This machine with big feeding mouth, it can put the big plastic product freely.

Our Different Type Shredder Machine

Single shaft shredder

1. This single shaft plastic shredder is new designed especially for shredding all kinds of rigid and solid materials, unmanageable materials such as extrusion and injection lumps, plastic containers and barrels, plastic film, big plastic pipes, jumbo bags, fiber and paper which the normal crusher machine can not handle. Also the shredder machine is suitable for PE, PP, PVC, PA, EVA, PET, ABS and engineering plastics.

2. High quality blades, such as SKD-11 or D2. The blade base and blades on the rotary roller can be disassembled. It is easy to clean and maintenance. The rotary blades will be installed as V shape so that the blade can cut material evenly, it can lower the noise and energy consumption. Each fixed blade with 2 cutting knife edge, when one edge of the fixed blade is wearing, it can be rotated to 180 degree, then the blade can continue to use.

3. After the shredder machine, the material scraps size will be around 40-60mm, if want to make the scraps size more smaller, customers can choose a crusher machine to co-work with this shredder machine, then the final scraps size will be around 10-16mm.

Double shaft shredder

Double shaft shredder is specially designed for shredding the cardboard, carton box, plastic board, electrical appliance, wood pallets, plastic pallets, waste tire, metals and so on in the field of recycling industry. Different size of screen hole is available for different processing requirement. Adopt integrated blade or dismountable blade design, high efficiency and widely application.

Dual shaft shredder

   1. Dual shaft shredder is specially designed to shred soft materials, such as Plastic PP PE Film and Bags, PP Jumbo Bags and Woven Bags, PP non woven fabric etc. 

   2. Each dynamic blades has 2 face with each face four cutting edges which enable reuse after being abraded, by rotating 90 degree. 

   3. Each fixed blades has two cutting edges which enable reuse being abraded, by rotating 180 degree.

   4. Quiet operation at low speed, but high output.

   5. Screen mesh size is adjustable according to customers' requirement.

   6. The machine capacity can be from 300kg to 2000kg per hour for customer choice.

Big Long HDPE pipe shredder

Horizontal hydraulic pushing type HDPE big pipe shredder machine is a special kind of single shaft shredder machine, it is used to shred the uncut HDPE, PPR, PVC pipe with length of 3-6m and pipe diameter up to maximum 1200mm, main advantage of this shredder machine is energy saving, it is safe and efficient solution for the big long HDPE pipe recycling, and the system is based on PLC center control.

Tire shredder

Double shaft tire shredder machine is specially designed for waste tyre recycling. The shredded chips from prime shredder will drop on the rotary screen, and small chips will fall on the conveying belt, the big chips will be feeded back to the shredder for shredding again. The final rubber chips will be around 25mm to 152mm(1-6inch) .

Machine capacity: 1-10 ton/h
We can also supply the complete tire recycling system, shredding-crushing-milling, customer can get the tire rubber powder at last.

Four shaft shredder

Four shaft shredder machine is mainly used for tearing up waste materials such as metal drums, refrigerators, rubber, plastics waste, tires, etc.

1. Compared to the dual shaft shredder, it is easier to enter the shredding process and has higher efficiency.
2. Suitable for framed objects, no need auxiliary pressing mechanisms, the high-level blade has self-cleaning function for the low-level blade.
3. Under the same power conditions, compared to single shaft shredder, double shaft shredder machines, the price of four shaft shredder machines is a little higher.
4. The material size can be adjusted according to the sieve holes.
5. The machine capacity can be from 300kg to 3000kg per hour for customer choice.
