Machine Introduction

During the 2017, Carry presents this newest High speed Disc Chipper,

The output rate of this disc chipper is 10 - 25t/h. This Disc type chippers are especially suitable for HDPE pipe into high quality HDPE chips. These chips are further processed where high quality PE chips are desired. This machine is a good and necessary in the plastic recycling industry for big size HDPE pipe recycling.
The disc with horizontal bearing assembly has a diameter of max 3.6 mm and is equipped with max 15 knives. The chipper is equipped with a horizontal feeding device. Machine open-up is now performed by a frequency-controlled "pony motor". Chips are discharged straight down after size reduction. Due to the intake characteristics of the chipping disc, the pipes are automatically drawn into the chipper without any additional draw-in rollers. This type of"drawing cut" results in a low specific energy consumption during size reduction. The material feeding  System allows for feeding of pipes up to 800 mm in diameter, Any parts subject to wear and which are in direct contact with the pipes are made of wear-resistant material and are easily exchangeable. Generously dimensioned knife changing flaps allow for easy access to the chipping chamber for quick and safe exchange of the knives.

This machine is a kind of rapid chipper machine, it is our new designed and patent product, it is used for recycling and crushing HDPE and PPR pipes with pipe diameter from 16 to 800mm, it can cut long pipes into small thin straps (40-60mm) very shortly, usually we suggest customers to add an additional normal crusher machine, to co-work with this fast chipper to make the final HDPE pipe flakes' size down to 12-16mm.

Heavy duty crusher machine

The plastic crusher machine is designed for recyling most kinds of plastic waste, such like plastic bottles, barrels, buckets, waste film,  woven bags, etc. The final flakes size will be 8-18mm after  crushed.

We have 2 different models of the machine, V shape blades for soft material and Claw blades for hard material.

Machine production capacity varies from 100 to 2000 kg/h based on customers' choice.

Plastic pipe/profile crusher machine

This machine is specially designed to recycle and crush the long material into small flakes.

Applicable materials: PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, PPR pipes, PVC profiles, WPC decking, etc.

We can supply different models of machine based on the raw material size and required machine capacity.

 

Plastic panel/board/sheet/pallet crusher

This is specially designed plastic crusher for recycling boards/ sheets/ panels such like PVC WPC foam boards, PVC ceiling panels, PVC WPC wall panels, plastic pallets, wooden pallets, etc. No need to cut or tear the raw material, can directly feed into the crusher machine.

The final material flakes size is 8-18mm depends on customer choice.

Machine production capacity is optional 100-1000kg/h based on customer's choice.

This crusher machine is used to deal with various kinds of small plastic waste, like small lumps, small sections of pipes , injections molded parts, small plastic bottles, etc. It can crush waste plastic into small size (8-18mm).
