Plastic pp pe recycling machine washing line is widely used for recycling PE PP bag, woven bag, non-woven bag, HDPE milk bottle, oil barrel, Oil tank, basket, agricultural film etc. Our company can provide a wide range of standard and customized recycling systems to meet the different requirements of a modern recycling environment. The systems are capable of processing a wide range of plastic materials with varying levels of contamination including extremely heavy contamination such as oil based substances and agricultural waste.
The output material can be applied for granulation, blow molding and injection. The whole production line is easy to operate, efficient and low energy consumption.

A typical pp pe washing plant is consist of the following components:
• Belt conveyor: For waste material infeeding.
• Metal Detector - detects metal contamination that may remain in the bottles
• Crusher: Wet crushing system.It used for material size reduction and pre-washing by water spraying from the top.
• Screw conveyor : For PP PE flakes transportion
• High speed Friction washer: High speed friction washing could achieve a good cleaning effects through the blades on the beating and rub.

• Hot Washing Tank/ steam washer - hot washing process with alkaline (caustic) soda to remove glue and oil.
• washing tank/ float washer: For flakes floating washing and conveying.
• Horizontal dewatering machine( Dehydrator):This machine is mainly used for the drying of the pp pe flakes , it throw the water out from the screen by high speed rotating ,and the plastic get out of the machine enters into the next procedure from the outlet .The machine has a good drying effect and high energy efficiency. The paddle is made of high wear-resistant materials, can be replaced more conveniently.

• Hot air dryer-this machine will dry the pet flakes further by hot air.
• Blower and transition silo: transportation to storage silo.
• Control cabinet: For control the whole system intensively.

Hot air can be generated by the motor and heating system to re-dry the material initially dried by the desiccator and blow it to the silo for collection.

Label remover

It can be screened with dry materials, and impurities such as dust labels in the materials can be carefully cleaned to obtain clean and identical materials.

Color sorting machine

To sort out the bad color bottle flakes and get the good color PET flakes to improve the final flakes quality.
