Φ16-Φ200 series PVC double tube production line is developed with the advanced technology of west Europe by our company. 
The main machine is SJSZ55/120 or SJSZ65/132 or SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder is equipped with double-tube single control stainless steel spraying calibration, it avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double haul-off machine and cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought by separate-control double tube extruding.

Haul off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull pipe stably. According to different pipe sizes and thickness, our company
will customize traction speed, number of claws, effective traction length. To ensure match pipe extrusion speed and forming speed,
also avoid deformation of pipe during traction.

Cutter Machine

The cutting machine is divided into chip-free cutting machine, hoist cutting machine and planetary cutting machine. Different cutting machines are used according to different pipe materials and sizes. The cutting machine can be controlled by PLC to achieve

more accurate pipe length cutting.

PVC pipe threading machine is used for making inner and outer thread for the end of PVC pipe for connection.

High speed PVC raw material mixer
 
PVC mixer machine is used for mixing PVC powder, CACO3 and other addictives before product extrusion. This equipment is widely used in PVC pipe and profile production.
The PVC mixer machine is composed of high speed mixer  (hot mixer), cold mixer and control cabinet.We use 8mm stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction. The mixing blades are passed the static and dynamic balance testing.  And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material from leakage.

1. High quality production skills (welding and polishing), material will not stick to the pan wall and convenient simple discharge.
